"the food tasted ok but the size of the wings is ridiculous. they are tiny paid 18 for a 15 tiny wings combo. never again. very unsatisfied, if i wasnt on break i would have taken them back and gotten a refund."
"The lemon pepper wings were great, but the customer service was horrible. Long story short, I walked to the counter and had to ask if they were open because no one bother to greet me. One employee was literally right in front of me putting onions and lettuce in the cooler stand. Once I received my food, I thanked the cashier and he just walked away. I usually have a pleasant experience at this location but the cashier working on December 17th, 2018 around 11:00a.m. needs to learn the meaning of customer service."
"The customer service is horrible! After I got my food home I realized that there was not sauce on my wings. When I returned to the location the manager refused to take responsibility saying that the wing’s sauce dried up in the course of the 10 minutes it took me home. When I asked to have my food heated because my wings were cold, the manger refused nor would he give me my money back. The customer service is way below par!"
