Reverence

"Planned a Birthday Dinner at this restaurant on a weekday. Not busy at all. We got some corn bread and zucchini fritters to start with our drinks. The bar tender made me an interesting drink, no alcohol. Was very refreshing with mint, cucumber, lime. We ordered roasted Brussel sprouts, pesto pasta, polenta baked sticks, Korean plate. My favorite was the polenta sticks and Brussel sprouts, it was little spicy but it was good. I wish they had options for Vegans. We had to customize all our dishes since they don't have vegan options. They surprised us with Chocolate lava cake with fresh fruits. It was delightful, delicious end to our meal."

"I do not recommend this place. I will not go there again. Definitely not a place for a date or special occasion. I went there to try it with a friend. There was only one bartender/waitress. We were told that we can sit at the bar and if we sit outside or on the couch, we need to carry our own drinks there! We sat on the couch, and there were no nepkins or anything. The service was super slow. When we went for a second drink, it took her about 16 miutes to do it. Drinks are expensive and not worth the service. The ambiance is nice but not worth how they treat customers. I suspect that folks who visit Google next door stay at this hotel and end up eating here. As a result, maybe they don't care about the community in the area. In either case, this place (certainly their staff and management) does not belong to this area (Midtown) and should leave! After reading this review, if they reply by asking, please tell us what happened, that means this management is playing it dumb! I am a serious reviewer, and my review is very clear about what happened and what is wrong with this place."

"My beloved friend and I celebrated my birthday dinner back in February. Reverence is one of the best dining experiences in Atlanta. We started off with freshly baked bread and Karaage Fried Chicken as appetizers. For our main course, we had their Epic Short Rib Burger with Foie Gras and House Steak Fries. For dessert, we shared the “Nutter Butter” Choux. And lastly, for our cocktails we had Curious No. 1 and Epic O.F. I proudly and strongly recommend dining at the Reverence for any special occasions."

"Overall the experience was really nice. Tammy was our server and she made our experience enjoyable. The food was really good, but the portions were relatively small for the price. You can tell the quality of the food was top notch. I would give the restaurant a 4.5 but Google doesn’t allow that with the ratings. Overall you must try the restaurant and even stay in the hotel if you are a wine connoisseur and a foodie. I would price this restaurant as $$$$$."
