"The only thing that made this place better was the manager Brandon and the fact that they play good music. Brandon was nice, apologetic, and friendly. Other than that everything else was trash. We came on a slow day and it was only two other tables with ppl yet it still took forever to get any kind of food for my table. We had to check on food twice. Once person never got the second half of her oysters and we ordered two orders of beignets however, only one came and that was like after an hour and a half and after speaking to the manager twice. I support creole food and black owned businesses but they need to get it together. It was completely unacceptable what happened that night. Oh pictured is the beignet order we received. I was shocked. They should have just said they were out smh. I didn’t get pictures of the food but it was not worth it. Food ordered was oysters and the shrimp po boy. The fries came out cold."

"I ordered the fried chicken meal. The chicken was dark and tasted burnt. So I sent it back but was told that I couldn’t get my money back but they will redo the food. So I changed my meal to fried catfish instead. It took 30 more minutes to get it. So I had to get it to go because it took so long. Then I get the bill, the manager charged me $10 for a piece of catfish and $7 for fries. Really?? They messed up my order which was $18 and I ended up paying basically the same price. My bill was $75. Terrible customer service and I won’t be going back again!!!!"
