"Terrible customer service. I placed my order and asked if I could have a sweet tea and mango lemonade mix and was told “ no, we don’t mix drinks, this is not a bar”. The sarcasm should be saved for the comedy stage not the drive thru line."

"As a service worker myself I try not to give restaurants a hard time however my experience here was horrible. I sat in the drive thru for maybe 30-40 mins I wanted to try the me fish sandwich because I miss the old catfish sandwiches and I wanted to try the strawberry biscuit. I didn’t check I my food when I left because I had an easy order and everyone was hanging out laughing so I assumed my order should be correct. I leave my fries are hot and my sandwich is in the correct bag but when I bit into it was a chicken sandwich. I had to turn around and go back the drive thru line was even longer by then and when I went inside they didn’t want to remake my order just gave me a soggy fish sandwich to replace the one they never gave me, as all my food is now cold and they biscuits don’t taste good when they not hot anymore."

"When they hit, they hit but missing the mark is sadly the norm. Just forget about ordering Uber eats. The drivers get frustrated and abandon the order. Can’t blame them though. The wait times and lack of food can be ridiculous. I really want them to do better. ☹️"

"This is the slowest location I have ever visited. Last week ordered online via the Popeye's app. After 15 minutes I was informed that their lobby customers were priority. Meanwhile, I'm in the lobby waiting for my order, so I was confused. It took them a whole hour to prepare One 6pc wing combo and an additional 6pc wing (BOGO Special). Today I gave them a chance to redeem themselves by ordering another BOGO. Not only did I wait 40 minutes for brisk food and a flat coke,THE ORDER WAS PREPARED WITH THE WRONG FLAVOR. I'M OVER THIS LOCATION!"
