"Very rude black young woman works at this location in the afternoon. She will charge extra for items and when I asked her why it was up charges she said I don't know and walked away. A manager had to fix it for me."
"Rude, Apathetic, disrespectful, yelling employees on site at this Cherokee st. Location here in Acworth. Normally, this store has no issues. I'm amazed at the level of apathy attitudes here tonight along with one employee wearing his blue jeans below his butt as if the entire world wanted to see his blue underwear! This store may need to hire some replacements that really know how to be professional, and represent the company 100% and like they actually care about the guest!"
"Never been more disrespected by an employee before walked in and made me leave but let person in front of me in cause he was about to be the last person there! Make it even worse when I was leaving he let someone else in to get something real quick!"
"This is the worst racetrac location, other than the one down the street on hwy 92 off exit 277. Both of these stores close their doors whenever they feel like it and they don't care because people are too lazy to report them. The store on hwy 92 is supposed to be open 24hrs on Sunday and Monday, but they close up around 11 or 12 midnight. And the one on Cherokee st is supposedly open 24/7/365. But they close around midnight or one am and reopen when they feel like it.... See attached photo taken at 545am Wednesday morning!"
