"This is a good location, and the service has never been unpleasant. My only complaint is that it is often something on my order that is incorrect. For example, work size fries, not including sauces, or forgetting fries all together. This isn't so frequent that I wouldn't return just something to keep in mind. Overall, though, the dining room is kept clean, and the service is quite fast."
"Literally one of the worse Chic-fil-A’s in the nation. Drive through is an absolute nightmare and often backs up into the parking lot and roads due to only having one lane open pretty regularly. When they moved this location I feel like no one did their research. No curbside pickup either. Avoid this location at all costs. Inside is fine and clean, but the drive through is chaos."
"So this location has been up and running for a while now. They SHOULD have it down and working like a well oiled machine. SHOULD. They consistently miss items and the wait is long compared to other locations in town. I ordered 2 Hash Brown scramble bowls, both with extra cheese. Neither bowl had cheese. NONE. At this point, I may start driving across town. I know I will not be disappointed at another location. Get it together guys."
"Typical atmosphere, nothing special. However, they are well organized when it comes time to the drive-through relative to other fast food. It's a very busy location, but it seems to move quickly. Food is not consistent, but I think that's the fast food nature."
"My hometown chic fil a is fort Walton beach and there is never a wait over 20 minutes. Everyone is making sure to get you your food fast. When I stood in line there was 30 people waiting, their screens were red with orders over 20 min wait times. Just do better many people just stood around and cleaned the same counter 5 times. A woman came to the counter and said she was waiting for 30 minutes and her order had been sitting on the back counter for a while."
