"My wife’s breakfast sandwich was very good. My grits were fine. Price for drinks was very high. $3.50 for tea, coffee or soda is quite expensive in my book. I’ll go elsewhere for food."
"Tried the Village Inn for breakfast and overall I would say the food was tasty and fresh but not prepared exactly as we ordered and not necessarily unique compared to other breakfast places we've tried. The pancakes were fluffy, hashbrowns and bacon crispy. The coffee was lighter than I prefer but served in carafes so we didn't have to wait to have more. I think the neighborhood feel and comfortable atmosphere are the bigger selling points here and many customers seemed to know each other. This is a solid choice for breakfast with an understanding the fare will be made with care following traditional recipes."
"Village Inn has been our go-to breakfast spot as of late. The service is usually good and the food has yet to disappoint. We generally get the rueben sandwich combo and the VIB, which is a choose your breakfast combo! We have yet to be disappointed with the food that has been brought out to us. I'm happy to have a consistent breakfast option on this side of town!"
