"This establishment's customer service is severely lacking, not due to its facilities or procedures but rather the demeanor of its staff. On at least three occasions, I encountered employees at the appointment desk and front desk who were rude, disrespectful, unpatient, and unkind. Such experiences compel me to seek out the management team responsible for this establishment's oversight, as the level of service is unacceptable; I cannot justify even a one-star rating. During my last visit, a significant breach of privacy occurred when the front desk staff handed me a document intended for another individual, which alarmingly contained their Social Security Number, address, and other personal information. This incident raises serious concerns about the establishment's adherence to HIPAA regulations. The behavior and professionalism of the staff, especially those answering calls at the Marietta location, must be addressed immediately. It is imperative that they receive proper training in customer service etiquette or consider a change in their career path. Treating people with such disdain is utterly unacceptable."

"Do not go here. They quote you less than half of what this will cost. They send tons of bills. They billed an experimental service which insurance won’t cover. Takes many phone calls to resolve. The end coat of service is much higher than other places. I also had to chance down my results as they didn’t send them to my doctor."
