"Waited 20 minutes for an in-store pick up of two hot coffees and a muffin. It wasn’t busy, and they had more than four people behind the counter. Asked about my order twice before receiving it. Staff was apologetic and the coffee was good but not worth the frustration. Apparently they lost the ticket. Location was good opening week but it’s been down hill lately."
"Needs a better manager/staff. Disappointed every time I go. Unless they change the complete staff or get more training.. I won’t be coming back."
