"I just spent $10.40 on the worse meal I have ever had from Arby’s Morrow Mt Zion. The so called crispy fish sandwich was soggy and tasteless. My fries were cold and my strawberry lemonade taste like syrup. I would have been better to go to Wendy’s and get the 4 for 4. I’m at work now and can’t take it back. Arby’s you need to do better."
"Super disappointed. The marketing to promote this location is open late is FALSE. Online it says they close @ 1. The building is flooded with signs claiming to be opened late. “ I'm here @ 11:30, there are 2 employees in the building & they have the drive through menu off & the doors locked. They are closed & I regret driving 18 mins. UPDATE : reached out like the owner suggested below. I have yet to receive a response from customer care/corporate."
"The night crew who "worked" last night was HORRIBLE!!! My family and I waited in line ready to order for ever. We could have left like the other four cars behind us did, but we wanted Arby's. Once the lady finally decided to take our order it was messed up. Our food was NASTY!! The nuggets were hard, burnt where you have no meat inside. We all had to throw our food away. Paid over $22 for it. Tried to call phone # listed for the store. BUSY, BUSY, BUSY. I believe they do this so they do not have to here how BAD they are. Management should be ashamed. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD!!!!"
"They rang me up for the boneless wings and fries and didn't give me my fries. Then, when I called to complain, they didn't even pick up the phone."
"I ordered the Hawaiian Fish Sandwich, No Tartar add Mayo. It was great, Nice slice of cheese, lettuce and tomato. The fish could have been hotter. I will go again. Cashiers were unprofessional, she was laughing at customer ahead of me."
