"I paid for a medium Mac & Cheese but received a small. I was told they were out of medium. What I don't get is why I had to take the hit for THEM being out. Issue a refund then charge me for the small. Simple. Don't keep my $ for the medium but give me a small. $4.05 is what the medium cost. Chick-fil-A is a billion dollar establishment. They should've accommodated me as the consumer instead of just keeping my money"

"I went through the drive-thru last evening at the Mt Zion Rd location and order the grilled cobb salad it took 20 minutes at the least and when they brought it to me the entire order was prepared wrong. They finally got it right so I thought... When I open my bag. It my order still wasn't right. I've never experience this type of service from Chick-fil-A. Not sure what was going on but it was not a pleasant experience! I will i go back there????? Ahmmm???"
