"Welcomed when arrived. I had booked a reservation for one, which was confirmed, and chose to have dinner at the bar. Bar tender welcomed me and asked if I would like a glass of water before I selected a drink. Service was friendly and customer focused through my meal and the food was very good. I had the chopped salad to start (pre mixed with a vinaigrette dressing) the arctic salmon with a side of creamy mashed potatoes (side items are a la carte). I compared Oceanaire to STK, which is across the street and similarly priced, and much prefer the food, portions, quality, and service at Oceanaire. I would recommend and I will return."
"This is my first time reviewing oceanaire. This review comes to you after my 3rd time here. 1st two were years ago... So I'm basing my review off those past times and now...... Service here is always top notch.... Very clean establishment and friendly staff.. Love it... I remember the food being really really good but my swordfish was dry. Im hoping I just ordered the wrong thing tonight.. Unlike before.... My wife loved her scallops... Drinks were good... I just feel like for an establishment of this caliber every fish should be cooked to perfection... No I'm not a chef professional but I know an over cooked swordfish.. You may say just send it back well I'm not a fan of that if the order brought is correct... Oceanaire is definitely worth going to... If I can get back there I'll go a different direction."
"The only reason I put 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars is because they tried to charge me $9 more for an entre than the price listed on the menu. When I brought it to the waiter’s attention he said he would go to the manager. He came back and said the manager gave me a $9 discount. No. The manager did not, he honored the price on the menu. He did not give me a discount. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. Chilean sea bass was to die for. Truffle mash was delicious. Also loved the oysters and escargot. David, the waiter, was awesome!"
"I love this restaurant! It remains classy, classic, offering superb service, a nice upscale atmosphere, comfortable booth seating, and yummy food. I love places with great service. The parking isn't the best, as far as the walk from the parking garage, but that is usual for in city dining. It's conveniently on Peachtree right in the heart of Midtown."
