"45 minutes to get two small coffees. The workers were slow and unfriendly. No customer service skills at all. This was on concourse E. Someone asked for some hot water, along with a paid order, and they said they charge for it. Our coffee was weak and full of grounds. They need training."

"This McDonalds is in need of new management. Was here in the morning and they don’t sell coffee. Don’t have sweet tea no hot water all they will give you is OJ and a few people could get soda. Also there is an ad for 2 for $4.49 and when I ordered it they say they don’t do promotions. Please tell me then why is it listed on the board ?? The gentleman that was doing the has browns was dipping them out of the grease with a scooper not lifted a basket. This caused them to be not cooked thoroughly and they were saturated in grease. The filth that is under the soda machines and on the floor was beyond acceptable."

"Deceitful Customer Service! Around 2:20am on October 28th I walked up to McDonald’s in Concourse E I noticed several customers sitting in the eating area with McDonald’s food. As I walk up to a full counter of service workers with food, I asked for a coffee! The tall black lady with blonde hair stated we close! I stood at high counters and watched, she prepared food for people she seemed familiar with! I took pictures and that that was wrong! All I wanted was a cup of coffee! This foreign lady who spoke little English with her daughter who translated for her requested coffee! At my surprise….. you know what happened…. Gasped!! Yep!! She did! She brewed a fresh cup of coffee! I walked over to the lady and asked are you getting coffee! The lady said yes and the little girl said yes also! SMH The McDonald’s person saw me taking a picture of their inspection report that was on the wall of 81! She called her manager, he asked of my description but never showed up! She said under her breath! I don’t know who she is! She ain’t my boss! McDonald’s you need to train your staff better and inform them, you never know who’s watching!"

"I was behind 40 people in line but the staff was on point. I’m not sure the name of these two ladies in the picture, but they were awesome. By the time I got in line and I just finished eating it was about 35 minutes. That’s very fast with 50 people behind me in line as well. I know it’s tough to give McDonald’s a good review but this place, this morning at 6 AM is running better than a Chick-fil-A. Kudos to this location at Hartsfield Jackson international airport, College Park, Georgia location inside gate B terminal. Store number 31491."

"I NEVER seen a McDonald's still closed after opening hours of 5am. The customers were HIGHLY upset standing in line. The employees completely ignored the question of how long before open/service. One man got loud because of the disregard. People starting walking away because of the long frustrating wait. They finally opened and started taking orders about 528am. This place needs a management refresh on the staff unfortunately."
