"Ms. Mame Gaye Faty has zero people skills. Egoistic, quite a bully. No idea how to talk to customers. I asked a simple question about the menu listed and she yelled no. She was pushy, condescending and just wanted everyone out of there asap."

"I have the manger “Frederick” curse at me in front of other customers. I work at airport and order from qdoba mexican eats at least 2 to 3 time aweek. The Night before I ordered around 9:30pm the manger “Frederick” refused to give me guacamole because he put it away early. So I asked if I can get extra something for the inconvenience he said no with attitude. When I came back the day after I ordered an bowl when I asked for half chicken & steak he said no you can’t do that, moving forward I asked if I can get extra scoop of guacamole since yesterday you said No because you put it away early. Manger Frederick said no you not getting that,so I said what about Customer service I come here a lot. Frederick said he lose his job if he did anything to provide an great experience because there cameras, I then said I don’t like your attitude with me I want to speak to manger Frederick said I’m am the manger keep going back and forth with me “I won’t serve you” so I asked him his name he said right here. The manger Name is “Frederick” after getting my food I was very disappointed with how he spoke to me. I want to refund or something to make up for this experience. No customer should have to experience being cursed at. It doesn’t matter what company I work for I’m still an customer buying food. I tried multiple times going to some website that was posted but got no response. I’m very happy after speaking to manger she was able to get problem fixed"
"Food is outstanding and fresh. The employees were committed to rotating out fresh containers of food. Not typical over cooked meat - chicken was fresh tender and full of flavor! Good job!!!"
"Your choice of bowl or burrito. The combinations are tasty. It's in an airport, so I can't tell if the price is competitive. The unfriendly foreign help doesn't make me want to line back up for another 15-minute wait."
