"The cashiers are great except for one he is either on phone. Or has attitude or when he gives your change back he throughs it at you He needes to leave his family problems at home or not bring them to work. If that was one of my employees he would not be dealing with customer service he would be putting up stock or moping the floor."
"I come in here often as it is very close to where I live. The customer service is usually tolerable but today was the worst experience. I only came to grab one thing. Why did this take more than 15 mins to do? I’ll explain why. - There was a line of 5 people with things to purchase. The lady getting checked out was going over the return policy with the cashier. This took longer than needed. - there were two cashiers available yet there was NO sense of urgency, even with the line. - i assume that the second cashier was the assistant manager, as her name tag had AAM next to her name. She had on wireless earphones AND WAS ON THE PHONE TALKING AS SHE WAS CHECKING EVERYONE OUT. Very unprofessional and clearly it was distracting for her because she rang up my purchase with someone else’s after I placed it on the counter APART from the customer in front of me."
"Store was unorganized boxes everywhere in the isles. Clutter everywhere it looked bad and only one employee in the whole store. Door was broken cashier station was a mess. Gotta do better FD"
"There was a Caucasian worker who was assisting unloading a truck that had water on it. I was told water had arrived on that truck so me being nice and waiting not to stop them while unloading, but another customer who also was Caucasian stated he was looking for water and she immediately got him 3 cases, never asked me anything i had been there for over 1 hour just waiting near the warehouse door no respect"
