"Christmas Eve curbside shopping . I understand that it is busy. Some of my order out of stock. Also understandable. Lack of concern not acceptable. Transferred all around the store. Got the manager who then transferred me to assistant manger who was unconcerned and not apologetic at all. The level of customer non existent. I’ll not make this mistake again P.S. I work at a location in Florida . Just expected better"

"One of the worst Walgreens pharmacies in the country. I lived all over. Always an issue getting my prescriptions. It is either delayed or there are some issue with the prescription. And forget about speaking to someone on the phone . They simply don't pickup. If you do get a person they will tell you all is set but they honestly do not do what they say they will do. It takes multiple calls or visits. Please pick a different store . This one will waste your time."

"1 hour and 6 minutes is excessive to wait in the drive-thru for medication when there were only 4 cars ahead of me. After 1 hour and 6 mins the window clerk ask me to drive around and get back in line again because system was giving problems. Also, you will find that they are not cooperative at all when you start your prescription transfer to a new Pharmacy. Phones are a real joke. It appears they put you on hold for 10-15 mins then hang up on you. This has happened so many times and lately has gotten worse. Corporate appears to be very dysfunctional as well. They gave me a case number and advised they would follow up in 48 hours. It's been 18 days and no one has followed up. These folks have no sympathy for sick people."

"Waited in line almost 30 minutes to get my second covid shot. Place is pretty busy, especially the pharmacy. Had also done an online order pick-up. I waited about 10 minutes in that line. Customer service is good... it's just a long wait for everything."

"On several occasions within this pandemic and before (service has worsened since a worldwide crisis began), we have arrived to pick up a prescription and had to wait an incredibly, disrespectful amount of time in the line. We don't have a problem with patience, but it is a DRIVE-THRU pharmacy. Other customers are dropping off their prescriptions and WAITING at the window for it to be filled while the line backs up around the corner. This is the ONLY location where this seems acceptable. Do they not value our time? Who's running this store location? Are they new to customer service? Do they know how customer service works? A kindergarten student could explain this process.....drop off, drive around or leave, and come back later when IT IS FILLED!!! Uugghhh!!! When all of your customers move their prescriptions somewhere else, what happens to these jobs???? CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"
