"I was picking up my prescriptions the customer ahead of me in line there was cars behind me the employees let her stay at the pickup window until hers was filled. I had waited 30 minutes. I called the Pharmacy was told they was mixing her. Took 20 more minutes. Which I was called the day before that mind was ready for pickup. Which it wasn't ready. I. Told her I would pull around and let the customers behind me pickup theirs. I got behind those customers. So I wouldn't be holding them up while mine was be filled. When I pulled up to the window I did ask her was this a pickup and drop off window. She said yes. I always check mine before I pull off because there's been 3 occasion where the worong one was filled. Because if you leave you can't take it back."
