"Hey! Usually not the type to write reviews. but this instance seemed fit. Filling up a water bottle at the water fountain and the water was completely white, not transparent, not pure, not water. it was concerning, i mentioned something to staff— Amanda the “manager” proceeded to speak to me in a degrading manner, and brushed my concern under the rug. Seemed as if the problem was brought up to her before and she was tired of hearing it. Awesome books, great staff (other than Amanda) No Hate to Barnes— Just stay away from this locations water."
"My friend and I were in the Starbucks located inside Barnes & Noble for two meetings. My friend is a book lover. Just being around books is a calming factor for my friend. While there I took the liberty of browsing through the many books and magazines on the shelves. Much to my surprise, there was an excellent selection of interesting puzzles. Putting puzzles together is one of my favorite things to do when I have extra relaxation time."
"The Manga section is a little crowded but I love it because that means more kids are reading! There are not a lot of places to sit. I sat on a hard bench in the magazine section while my daughter made her book selections. It took her a while. It would have been nice to have a soft chair to sit in. There is a Starbucks with a seating area but not inside the actual book store."
