"Once again, twice this month went to this Dollar General around mid-morning after (10 am ), when they should be open, the doors were locked, again. Three other customers besides me, we're just disgusted and went elsewhere to spend our money. Wonder if the owner/s realizes they are losing customers or even care about them. Guess they got enough of our money."

"The cashier was extremely rude when I asked her if she removed the item I purchased twice. She made the mistake because she was busy talking while ringing us up and gave us a nasty attitude. Is it too much to ask for courteous, respectful, and some good customer service? We are never coming back there. We rather spend our money elsewhere."
"Most of the time, you have to wait for a cashier to come to the front/the register to check you out. It's takes longer than it should. There should always be a cashier available and ready to check out the customers. I've seen this at several DG stores. Seems as if stocking items is the number one priority and not helping the customers. Fix this. I sometimes avoid going to DG because of the long lines and having to wait for the cashier to come to the register. I love DG though."
