"Terrible customer service and business practices. I ordered balloons in advance for my sons birthday. I go to pick up the balloons and there is just a bag of empty balloons. I asked an employee if they helium did indeed come with the balloons and she said yes but they were out.... Now I had to spend $50 elsewhere for helium to fill $20 worth of balloons and inflate them myself when they should have already been filled. Why in the world did you not reach out to say you can not fulfill the order... and instead said it was all good and ready to be picked up when that is the complete opposite of the truth. If you had told me then that the order couldn't be filled I would have had time to go elsewhere. Instead I am left with empty balloons and scrambling to find a way to fill them... You are really screwing people over last second by not at least giving a heads up that you don't have a basic part of the item you are selling."

"This is such a fun and unique shopping experience! I heard about it from my friends who bought my birthday presents here. I have to confess that when they told me the name, I thought it was a liquor store! But I did go as I had to exchange a non-working gift, and the manager was so nice to let me return it without a receipt, but price tag still attached. The check out process is fun too; you do it yourself, although help is available if needed! The selection is interesting and ever-changing, so you need need to visit frequently. But the prices are great, so even repeat visits won't break the bank! The pictures I included are representative of their quality products. Note: The tray under the plants is what I purchased, though they have a great selection of faux plants and statuary."
