"This location is always terribly dirty, items thrown EVERYWHERE, stuff all in the aisles & then when it was time to check out, their wasn’t a cashier in site! I had to ring myself up using the self checkout."
"The store manager Crystal is so rude and should be ashamed of herself how she treats customers! I had to contact headquarters on what took place between Crystal and myself. In addition, I was supposed to receive a follow up from the other store/region manager Mr. Dorsey but didn’t get one. There’s definitely needed manager/supervisor training! Learn how to be professional and respectful. I’ll never return to this store again, solely because of the disrespect that they have for customers."

"Nice employees. They are very helpful. This store is the most disorganized and unclean location I've ever visited. Isles are frequently blocked with boxes and the shelves were stocked with unopened brown shipping boxes. The product inside inaccessible. In their defense in may have been in preparation for Black Friday but there were no toys out to buy. The shelves are not stocked and what is there is in total disarray. Do NOT use their restroom. It's just nasty."
