"We made appointments at 3:09 and 3:15 PM to get vaccinations. Showed up at 3:00 PM and waited 30 minutes before the pharmacy tech called me over to tell me my insurance hadn’t gone through, which took another 10 minutes to update, and by which time 2 other people who had come in after us already were called back for their vaccines. Finally, after waiting for 50 minutes, we decided to leave and get our vaccines elsewhere. Will not be coming back here or any Walgreens ever again."
