"Will never take our dogs back after this visit we had to cancel a appointment a few weeks ago and reschedule for today and when we picked our dogs up they charged us a fee for that appointment but didn’t mention it until after the dogs were done and ready for pick up. Unbelievable!!!"

"The girl I spoke with McKenzie was very sweet, however my dog Prince was not cut properly. I specifically asked them to keep Prince’s hair on his head. I only wanted the hair around his head TRIMMED, not cut completely off. I also wanted the hair on his paws to be left untouched except for underneath the paws, however everything was cut. I also don’t believe he was cleaned properly either. His toenails were also cut unevenly. I understand he was matted but his feet and head were not."
"This place is amazing. I have been taking my fur baby there for a while now,and not just for grooming, but daycare also... my sweet face is very particular about people, but she loves it.... that's what matters to me."
