"I must say a lot of these people that work in these businesses have no customer service skills AT ALL!! I have never experience extreme rudeness and disregard from the technicians and the pharmacist all at the same time. I don’t think this store needs to retrain the employees that they have in the pharmacy. I witnessed where a women was in there to pick up medication for her child, she explained to the young lady that was at the register that she requested to have this prescription filled several days ago and it wasn’t ready and how to his medication was keeping her hold alive. Instead of them showing compassion the pharmacist (the one that has the big afro) said to her, “well I don’t know what to tell you, the order wasn’t filled.” This mad the woman upset, as it should because then they started yelling at this woman. I immediately transferred mine and my husband’s prescriptions. I wonder what they would do if everyone moved over to another pharmacy maybe this will cause them to humble themselves!! Don’t forget, the customers are the reason you have a job.."

"This pharmacy does NOT care about any of their customers. Walmart is a 1,000 times better. CVS will not have your prescription ready even if you can it in several days prior and they have it on hand they will wait until the customer arrives and will not have it prepared for at least 20 minutes. Also they will promise you along with your healthcare providers that a certain quantity will be available for pick up at a certain date and then have it not be so you have to purchase several smaller quantities and force you to waste your money for the same amount of medication. This place is boudoir fraudulent at best and I would avoid them like the plague."

"Pharmacist is rude. The Pharmacist needed to mix my son's medicine and when she was done, she jusy threw it down in front of me and walked away. I'm standing there still waiting because I wasn't told anything else until she looked over at me and asked what else I need. She didn't say anything to me because she is too busy to take time to even put the medicine the bag and doesn't even acknowledge me until she saw I didn't walk away since I didn't know I was done and had everything I needed. Do better! You work in customer service. Pay attention to your customers without the attitude for no reason. Also, they complain about customers behind the counter where other customers can hear them. How unprofessional!"
