"I have received consistent excellent service from my usual location for more than a year. Initially I thought the level of customer service I received was location specific. However, I recently I placed an online order for delivery and it was moved to the Brookhaven location due to an inventory issue. I was amazed to learn that the company reached out to another location instead of canceling my order or removing the item. I also discovered that the level of service expands to all stores. The Brookhaven store was also out of the item I originally ordered but Lizzy went the extra mile and found a comparable replacement toy for my dog and left a lovely note explaining the situation and that I could return it if I didn't like the selection. I truly appreciate the additional effort she gave for a non-regular customer, and wanted to ensure well deserved acknowledgement was given."
"They listen carefully about your dog and recommend 2-3 high quality options for food at a fair price. When you walk in the door, they offer to assist right away and will even carry the large bag of food out to your car. The quality level is noticeable in my German Shephards' health and energy level. The dogs start campaigning for the food an hour before the normal feeding time."

"I just stopped by with my pup Bella who is recovering from major surgery. I bought an Elk antler with the help of Deargo. Marilyn, another associate, joined in to say hi to her. Needing to pop into the grocery store next door for a quick shop I asked if they could watch my Bella for a few minutes. They said yes and and allowed me to get groceries while they continued her constant care. This is reason #47 why I shop at Hollywood feed. Their people love animals, understand their human parents, and have fantastic product knowledge. A+"
