We are very happy and satisfied with the service.Armando our groomer, did a excellent job grooming my 80 lb furry friend.He was extremily patient inspite of our dog's toilet mishap and did an outstanding job.Thank you Armando!"

"I ordered eye drops for my turtle from PetSmart online. When I picked them up at the Suwanee store, the box was wrapped in the receipt. (It was a small package, and the receipt was a full sheet of paper.) Before I left the store, I went to pick up something else, and I noticed the side of the box said “ear drops.” When I unwrapped it it turned out that they gave me dog eardrops instead of turtle eyedrops. When I pointed it out to the clerk, she walked back to the aisle with me and said that they were out of the turtle drops and asked if I wanted to receive a refund. Of course I wanted a refund, since dog ear drops are not going help my turtle’s eyes. I was upset that the website showed inventory when they were actually out of the product, but it was more disturbing that the employee/s in the store tried to give me a different, totally inappropriate product instead of calling me and telling me they were out. If this was an honest mistake, it was quite a big one. The reptile products are nowhere near the dog products. I had ordered the product the night before, and they were not busy when I came in the next morning to get it, so I don’t believe that contributed to the mistake."

"I don't usually write reviews unless absolutely necessary, but felt compelled to let others be aware and make an informed decision. I have been purchasing and feeding my dogs Merrick® Grain Free® Chicken Flavored Adult Dry Dog Food for quite some time without any issues. Last purchase on 10/31/2023 at PetSmart of Johns Creek (3630 Peachtree Pkwy Suwanee, GA 30024). Fed my dogs the food on the night of 10/31, and both my dogs are sick. I did not feed my dogs any other food or treats since yesterday. Went back to the store to return it, response from the "A Manager" (didn't ask his name), "Sir we can not take a dog food back once it is opened". I repeated myself, "how do I know if the food is good or bad without opening it and feeding it to my dogs"? Got the exact same response from "A Manager", and on top of that they gave a very valuable suggestion, "Sir, you can donate this food to some dog shelter or something". My next question to them, "So now you want me to make other dogs sick by eating this same food? Do you have any brain?" Same response, "I'm sorry Sir, once a dog food has been opened, we can not take it back. Pet owners beware: If you feed your dogs "Merrick® Grain Free® Chicken Flavored Adult Dry Dog Food", please use extra caution, and if you don't want to deal with "A Manager" who would be dumb enough to suggest to donate a bad dog food which made my dogs sick to some dog shelter, please do avoid the PetSmart in John Creek, GA (3630 Peachtree Pkwy Suwanee, GA 30024)."

"This place only want to take your money and refuse to work on any dog with the slightest difficulty. They will make your refund the most difficult even when they cannot provide services. My dog is scared of grooming so I told the groomer that. The lady went straight to cut the hair on the face to test my dog. My dog did not react well so they told me that they can’t groom him. Other grooming places never have problems with my dog. I asked for a refund but they told me to come back to get a 3 months training on my dog so he can warm up to it."

"I visited Petsmart today to purchase Dog Food for my Fur Baby, Daisy. PetSmart has a large selection of Animal necessities. The prices are fair and the shelves are very well stocked. They carry, multiple brands that range from basic Pet food to Organic Pet Food. There is also an assortment of Pet Beds, Fish Tanks, Bird Cages and supplies for Guinea Pigs, Bearded Dragons and Lizards. In the back of the store is Banfield Animal Clinic. I take my Fur Baby there for all of her medical needs. I have been going there for many years and I am very happy with the services that they provide for my, Daisy❣"
