"Very disappointed of this place. I’ve been taking our dogs there for a long time and the other day a schedule an appointment and they called me on the same day of the appointment to let me know that the appointment was not longer available with no explanation why. The lady recommended me an other place over the phone and when I look at the reviews of the other place were horrible. I end up searching for a new place where they scheduled my appointment on the same day with no problem."
"I’ve been a Banfield Pet mom for 3 years now. However I’ve recently moved Philadelphia to Georgia. The staff at Banfield here has been just as kind and helpful with my Luca’s (mini poodle) needs as we were accustomed to back home."
"I had an appointment scheduled for my cat this morning, which was confirmed two weeks ago. We showed up to find the office closed and no one in sight. I never received any communication about the location being closed today or rescheduling. I'm moving across the country this week and now have to scramble to find another vet for her. Thanks for wasting my time."
"The dentist and doctors just want to charge your insurance and take as much money as they can. They took 5 of my small dog’s teeth claiming they fell out on their own. The doctors here run up a high bill and know dogs in this area are usually on an insurance plan, so the bill will be paid. I thought these were good people for the longest time but they should be investigated for their work. Specifically, Dr. Suppa and Dr. Wong are terrible vets and I believe an investigation should be opened against their credentials."
"I brought my dog for a well check out and later she has been with diarrhea. We called and they said they will call back and never happened. Then I finally made an appointment and the doctor said it might be the vaccines and we have to pay extra money for a treatment. Horrible place to bring your dog. They get sick after a well check"
