"My cats Rory, Vada and Patchouli love going there for nail trims. I took just Peyami, the new tripod rescue today for a nail trim and everyone was so friendly. My 90 yr old dad is coming for a visit and I was afraid a scratch would not be good for his thin skin. They totally understand that and got her in with no appointment and last minute. That’s ‘above and beyond’ GREAT customer care!!!! Reesa is the cat whisperer. She is amazing with my cats!!! It’s so close, fast and less expensive than paying a vet tech visit and nail trim at a Veterinary office. I highly recommend this place."
"What a wonderful place! I called to make an appointment & luckily for me, they had a cancellation for first thing Saturday morning (8am) so I arrived a little early and they were already open and within 10 minutes, I filled out the new client form, I was explained everything they would do and given an approximate time range of when they’d be done. Everyone made me and my fur baby feel very welcomed & eased any worries. To say they did a fantastic job is an understatement. My baby smells amazing, he looks the most handsome he ever has & he was so happy leaving. They clearly took very good care of him and it was well worth the trip and the cost. 10/10 would highly recommend! Couldn’t be happier!"
