"Wish I could give negative stars. We took our 6 month old puppy for her 1st haircut and they butchered her!!! We had a appt at 430pm. But staff called at 11am and asked if we could bring her early. We took her in early per request. During check in we walked through specifics for hair cut. We only had one "Do NOT cut her ponytail". We were told wait would be 45min-1hr. Called and checked in at 1pm she still was not ready. Got a call at 2pm saying it was going to be another 2 hours. We called at 4 pm assuming she had to be done by then only to be told she was next. Got a call 15 mins later saying "we are so sorry the groomer missed message and cut off her ponytail ". Finally picked puppy up around 4:45pm. She looked horrible not only had they cut off her ponytail they seemed to have used clippers and gave her a buzz cut in that area. The rest of her body was uneven. Her head and upper body had a buzz cut while her legs and under belly had not been touched. We requested nail cutting and they didn't happen either. Staff gave us visit free and put credit on acct for next visit to be free. After they saw how unhappy we were with cut they offered to fix it. But their was no way I would ever give them access to my puppy again. It's been almost two months and my puppy still is struggling to get hair growth back in the areas they butchered. She is also traumatized by the event and gets extremely scared everytime we now put her in the car. I really expected better from this business, as I did my research before making a appt. But unfortunately this place is being ran by children who lack experience. With the prices for their services this is unacceptable! I could have gone to petco and got my puppy butchered for $45."
