"Home Depot you can do better than this ! They have no staff to speak of to help you with selections. Once we finally found some products that would suffice (out of stock for what we came for). We go to the self checkout that was noted for cash payments and rang up our purchase. The register wouldn’t take cash. The attendant said he could print a ticket and we could go to the ONE AND ONLY register with an attendant and pay there. Go to that line and there are customers 10 deep. Absolutely ridiculous on a weekend there is only 1 register open !! Don’t think we will be back."
"The store itself is fine and well-organized, but finding someone to help explain things is difficult here. You flag someone down in a department and they usually have to go flag someone else down, haha. Makes the time spent in the store longer and feel more frustrating, like I can't fully trust what they are saying."
"Compared to the NE Tallahassee Home Depot, the N.W. store has customer service problems. When we went to the customer service desk at the N.W. store to pick up our order, which we ordered via their website that morning, the clerk at first couldn't find our order. Then she found it. When she found it, she said it wasn't ready, though my phone said it was ready, and she even wasn't sure that the decking was available though the website said the lumber was available at their store. So we waited an hour for our order to be put together. When the order fulfillment crew was working on our order, we saw one guy putting our order together while 2 other guys just watched. We had also ordered from the N.E. Tallahassee Home Depot the same morning. When we arrived at the N.E. store, our order was ready to load, and the customer service agent knew where our order was. Big difference in customer service between these 2 stores and the order fulfillment crews. N.W. store, you need improvements in your customer service and need to work with your crew who does the order fulfillment aspect so they are more efficient."
