"Sadly we went with the intention of keeping family tradition. To buy baby's first walkers from them. They didn't have the size we needed and they didn't offer to order it, or anything. I used BB shoes when I was little and for my kids, now my grandbaby can't get that. Sigh. I guess we are about to lose another amazing store soon."
"This is the worst location I have ever been to. I have several children and always purchase these shoes for them. I purchased a pair for my 7 month old, got home and they were filthy on the bottom. The top looked clean so I didn’t notice when I purchased. I returned them today and they are saying they have to reach a manager because of a 14 day return policy. I kept the receipt and shoes in the bag immediately after discovering they were worn and I wouldn’t dare let my baby wear them. I am simply asking for the same shoes, same color, same size. It’s an insult to sale someone used shoes for full price. Who would pay $70 for worn shoes and let a newborn baby wear them with all that is going on in the world. Had this been what I desired, I would have went to a second hand store. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB AND THE SECRETARY OF STATE. They are telling me I have to keep them and refusing to replace them! This is the worst service imaginable."
"My only daughter wore Buster Brown Shoes which I had purchased at a store located in Maryland 1988-1994 She wore them from age 2 until she turned 8. Because we had moved away and relocated to a different state. But I will always remember her first pair of shoes because they were pink and white. I fell in love with the shoes because of their wide varieties and bright colors. My daughter is 33 now and I cherish the photos of her with her Buster Brown Shoes."
