Five Below

"3 guys standing up front doing NOTHING! 1 girl seemingly working. No help, no welcome, no can I help you with anything?! Just stand here and stare at you and get in your way while you try ring yourself up. And then, have the nerve to complain about my son “hitting them with a skateboard” while watching me ring up my purchase. No bathroom available, from another review this looks like it’s going on 3 months or so?! Never again. I hope this company wises up and either has their employees to work, or less of them."

"It’s always nice comin to this Five Below. Not only cause of the great prices on things I need, but also cause it’s always clean and the folks that work here are always very helpful. If you’ve never been here it’s well worth your time to check it out."

"Was at this location today and my son desperately needed to use the restroom. He was almost in tears because the bathroom had a sign over the door that said out of order. While asking the front counter, if there was another restroom that he could use, she informed me that the employee with the orange shirt could open the door and let us in. But returning to the rear of the store, I can clearly hear the employee flushing the toilet spraying air spray, and then washing their hands before exiting the door that said out of order. When she came out, I questioned her and said we desperately need to use the restroom but you have an out of order sign on the door. She said the bathroom is out of order even though she just used it. We were able to get into the family changing room eventually but what an ordeal. I hate to write this review, but if there’s not enough employees to clean the bathroom, just say so. Don’t make it off-limits to paying customers just to use it yourself in front of them. Otherwise, the store is great."

"Every time I go in with intentions of spending 2030 bucks… Each instance I exit the receipt total is 100-150% that. And it's completely OK! Because nearly every single item in there is very well worth the $5.35. In regards to the Young staff… They are amazing. Highly intelligent, well spoken and empathetic. m They actually helped me out of a very difficult situation… My phone and office electronics were attempted to be hacked, the employees help me get in touch with my attorney and save myself much money, time ever energy, so and dignity. I would give 7 1/2 out of five if I could"

"Cute budget items and novelty items. Nice candy wall. This store has books on various subjects with a constant changing selection and graphic tshirts too. You can find mugs and hair accessories. You can find puzzles and toys too. If you love anime they have some of those items as well like hats,posters and keychains. Overall a fun little store with changing variety and unique. Pictured is some cute merch I found here."
