"Dr Howe Is a doctor that really cares how you feel.and we'll get to the bottom of health problems.. his nurses are great! Anytime, I have a problem with something. I call and it is taken care of every time I have been seeing.Doctor howe for almost 30 years he is second to none the best ! His dad was also a doctor so he comes from a good family of professionals.! In my opinion you could not ask for a better caring doctor !"

"THEY REFUSE TO TREAT SICK PATIENTS. This is the second time this has happened. My husband will describe his symptoms to them and the first thing they ask is if he has had a covud test. They even ask this when he was having back pain. And that they would only try to SQUEEZE him in if he had a negative covid test. I get covid us scarie, but you chose to work in health care. So if you don't want to be around sick people the GET OUT."

"MUST READ: I had called my doctors office due to a medication a specialist prescribed me, it made me feel suicidal. I had told the receptionist I would like to see my doctor not the nurse practitioner. Due to the NP not being able to change my meds. She continues to tell me to calm down as I have no emotion as is. I tell her this, I then tell her I own and operate 4 companies producing multiple millions of cash flow and I would like to see the doctor because he may be able to understand how hard it would be to operate a business feeling suicidal. She laughed at me, then says to another receptionist “he said he runs multi million dollar companies and doctor Howe would understand” as she’s laughing. I’ve never in my life had someone in a professional setting treat me in such a way, especially when I’m down so low. I would not recommend going to this office. If you would like to be shamed or laughed at for your problems then go right ahead. If you want a doctors office who cares about you and your well being I’d highly recommend going elsewhere. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else."

"Going to leave this very short. If your looking for a family doctors office that has a really great doctor and nurse practitioners this practice would be it. No complaints on them buttttt........ What they don't have is professionals behind the desk making the calls ect.. and nurses who clearly don't take medical conditions serious enough and or sterile or protocols. There to help, please you mean they want to hold you responsible for missed appointments when they themselves made an error And don't even know the correct missed but yea they don't want to make themselves held responsible for their mistakes and errors. What a joke. I'll be contacting the health board and BBB. Some people just ain't no good for jobs that interact with people. Unprofessionalism at it's finest. I'll be contacting Mr. Steve Howe aswell to let him know all about these people his employees and this particular issue."
