"Staff was great, Dr was awful. 10 weeks and still couldn't find a heartbeat. I was spotting and she wasn't concerned. All she talked about during our appointments was her bathroom remodel and she constantly left in the middle of my appointment to take personal phone calls. I ended up miscarrying at 12 weeks and nearly lost my own life to hemorrhaging so severely. Dr at ER said all that was avoidable with proper care."

"I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Sarah Lancione for 11 years. I also became a patient. After seeing her save women's lives I wouldn't put my care in anyone's hands but Dr. Sarah's. When my oldest daughter became pregnant I trusted only her to take care of her. She is a very hard worker and treats her patients with nothing but respect."

"They are a terrible office ! Staff isn't bad but the actual dr is the worse! She had nerve to tell me I have no reason be stressed I don't have job but she knows I have two year old at home so a two year old can't stress u out? I'm more stressed out I didn't have a job then I would been if I did! She also told me eat less because I gained 10 pounds in a month (I previously only gained 2 pounds I started my pregnancy at 105 was up to 117 at 6 months pregnant) she also straight assumed I had different dad for this baby because I'm 18 this had me fuming! It's fine to have two kids by different dad but don't assume ! Very unprofessional"

"While Dr. Lancione herself was fine, I seldomly saw her on my visits. Her Nurse Practitioner, however, is someone I wouldn't ever wish or reccomend to anyone. She gave me hassle about even the most basic things, and constantly had a bad attitude with me. When I went to them with my pregnancy, she openly laughed at questions I'd asked and made rude comments again and again. I'd leave my appointments in tears until I transferred out halfway through my pregnancy. I've always been very forgiving, understanding that sometimes the medical field can be a blunt one, but with a friends and family who are nurses and Doctors, I know that this was unprofessional behavior and Id advise seeking other offices. At least until there is a different nurse practitioner."
