"Employees argue with you if you don’t want ice. I’ve had this happen twice, I specified I didn’t want ice when I ordered, but was given drinks with ice in it and politely re-specified I didn’t want ice. Both times the employees insisted “It’s only a couple pieces.” The first time this happened, the employee gave me the new drink no problem. The second time this happened the girl argued with me back and forth about it only being a couple pieces and rudely pushed the drink towards me when she gave me a new one with no ice (I’m confused why they had to make a new drink entirely?) I’ve been going here for a couple years but service has really gone down hill in the past couple months. I can’t fathom why not wanting ice in a drink is a reason to argue with someone when that’s what they ordered."

"Their food and drinks are amazing. However, I've ordered from there through Door dash twice in the last week and both orders were cancelled. The reason given was that the store was closed when it's 100% open. So they just aren't fulfilling the orders I guess. When you go in person it always takes forever because there's usually only one person there trying to do everything. They really need to be managed better. At least two people should be working the front and if you can't fulfill pickup orders then take yourself off the app or mark yourself as closed."

"The staff were lovey and super helpful! Everything was amazing. My boyfriend had coconut bubble milk tea with mango bubbles and I had strawberry with mango bubbles. We both got the rolled ice cream. Really a treat if you're ever in the area. Can not recommend this higher."

"Amazing ice cream. We were served by Tito and the care he put into crafting our ice cream was amazing. You could tell he cared about the quality of his product and it didn't disappoint. Plan on visiting again next time we are in the Ohio valley mall"
