"The girl in the drive thru was kind and paitent with me as i ordered my food. I ordered a deluxe craving box with an extra nacho fry. My fries were cold like they had been sitting for a long time. My hard taco was broken. I use to love going to taco bell but after my last 3 experiences here I might start going elsewhere."

"I don't bash places often but this place is horrendous. I ordered a deluxe crave box, and a number 3. We get to the window and all that is there is my tea from the number 3 and the box. I tell the kid who took my order and repeated it, He then gets the manager who tells me I will have to go back around bc the people behind me already ordered. I kindly told her to f off, they messed up, I'm not at fault. So we drove off and went to Wendy's."

"Taco bell is Taco Bell, and usually, it would get a 4 or 5 star review because it's a chain restaurant, and you get what you get. However, I had to drop my rating for a few reasons. It wasn't the cleanest, and service was so slow even though staff members were sitting around on their cell phones or chatting to one another. For the food, the nachos bell grande, both orders I received were stale or soggy. Also, I didn't have a full chip in the order, just crumbs. The chicken chulpa didn't have chicken it should have been a vegetarian chulpa. I was extremely disappointed considering it took them 20 minutes from the time I ordered my food till I actually recieved my food. The young lady that brought me my food was basically the only reason this particular restaurant recieved the 4 stars. She seemed to be the only employee working and when she brought my food to me she smiled and apologized for my wait even though she seemed a bit frazzled she was trying to do the work of the cashier, runner (meaning she got the order ready) drive thru cashier and custodian. I felt extremely bad for her. I hope that someone in the company sees this and looks into this further."
