"Very disappointing this visit. We spent over $25 on what we wanted and got a double cheese burger and small fry and my wife got a double when she ordered the baconator mean large. We live about 15 mins from store and got home and noticed it was wrong and just didn't feel like dealing with it. It's pretty sad when the line wasn't long at all maybe 2 cars total besides me and just to busy messing around and acting up I suppose to get the orders right. I don't usually vent like this but I'm just over paying for something and not getting it and yes I should've checked before leaving but I didn't."

"Me and my sister went here maybe around 2:00pm 09/19/2023. Ordered a grilled wrap combo with only cheese, a cheese potato and a chili. The chili seemed like they haven't stirred it like they're suppose to or add water to it mine tasted like it was the bottom of the pan. Got to the grilled wrap they only put tons of cheese on it. NO chicken. Manager did remake it fresh but it wasn't fresh. Chicken tasted undercooked and harden. I had to tell them to put grated cheese on my cheese potato because it comes with liquid and grated cheese (i use to be a manager)....I didn't want to bother about my chili because at least it was edible. The grilled wrap for the second time was uncalled for. Most of the workers looked high there. Wendys is my favorite place too and I usually don't have a problem here. I wish I could've just gotten a refund with my problem. My bill was like $17 for unedible food. Disappointed."

"Very slow drive thru. Took almost 15 minutes from order to food. But the order was right and the staff was friendly and apologetic for the delay. Though no explanation. Almost gave them a 3 for the slow service, but MAYBE this is a one off. Perhaps the Quayle version of potato should have been a "sign.""
