"We recently switched groomers. The owners are a bit odd, but what concerned us was when we would bring our dog to the door he would try to run away. He was clearly very opposed to going in here and when it was time to go he would dart out the door. At our new groomer, he’s extremely excited to go inside. Totally opposite. Not sure what they were doing but all we know is our dog much prefers this new place"
"The owner of this establishment is one of the kindest, most genuine people I have ever met. You can tell the instant you meet her that she truly cares about all the dogs that visit the shop. The prices are reasonable and I always know that my Westie will walk out of her appointment looking like a show dog."
"We use puddle of pooch for everything. Erica and Bill are so nice and accommodating and they love each dog that’s walks through those doors. Our pup gets so excited every time we show up. We also use Erica for our grooming needs. She treats our pup with so much love and she does a great job. I would absolutely recommend puddle of pooch."
"5 stars all around! I would definitely give more if I could. I am always nervous when dropping Tucker off at a new groomer and Erica and her staff made me feel so comfortable from setting the appointment to when I picked him up. She made sure she knew what I was looking for and definitely delivered. When I dropped him off the morning of his appointment, the man who checked him in double checked with what I wanted for grooming and eased my anxiety. Since he is 9 and in his senior years I get nervous about his hips, but they let me know they are always careful and use two people to lift them in out of the tub. So that really put my mind at ease. Then Erica checked in with me a few hours later when they were halfway through to let me know he was doing well. That made me feel so comfortable! I can definitely tell that Erica and her staff love doing this for a living! Then when I picked him up she only had good things to say and he looked and felt amazing! Tucker is a very hairy dog and I mean I can’t even imagine how big that fur pile must have been when blowing him out and brushing him. I will definitely be back to get him groomed and will even use for daycare in the future. I highly recommend this place!"
