"Id like to send out personal acknowledgement of Arianna who went beyond the call of duty of helping me in the transition of my beloved fur baby Charlie cross the rainbow. She was extremely patient courteous and informative beyond imagination and made sure l received the correct information from doctor and medical staff when needed. Ive dealt with different Pet Smart locations and she definitely stands out in the best way ever job performance wise. Dr. Wuang who was medical in charge and conducted procedure was absolutely amazing. She endured my endless questions with the utmost care patience and professionalism that was of the greatest importance during my unbearable grief. Kato was always extremely courteous in helping me as well I will always be eternally grateful for the care me and especially Charlie may he rest on in peace received from all Staff at this location. It is imperative to those reading this know lm not writing this due through emotional trauma. We as customers are quick to complain when wronged yet when said staff goes BEYOND the call of duties on a personal level for our benefit it is not always acknowledged. I hope all will get to encounter staff members such as these when in need."
