I’m very patient and understand that things happen but the lack of communication is quite frustrating especially when the order placed was pretty large and pricey"

"Ordered 3 scrub sets for my nursing program in November. I wanted a specific style of pants so the associate placed an online order for me and told me it would come in in about 3/4 weeks. The associate failed to let me know that the pants I wanted were on back order and would arrive around January 19th, knowing I needed them for the semester that starts January 9th. I found this out after receiving a text saying my order was ready at the store (got to the store and only my shirts were there). Not only this, but the associate ordered 2 Caribbean blue pants and then 1 pair of black pants?? Would not recommend, and I will absolutely not order anything else here"

"If ZERO was an option for a review I would definitely leave it! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a nurse, I am fairly forgiving, understanding, and patient. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes that were too big. I was told I was outside of my exchange window, because they offer no refunds. I was told if they were too big to just wear thicker socks. Are you kidding? I am on my feet over 12 hours a day, extra shifts and longer hours due to the nursing crisis and pandemic. There was no respect given for the fact that I just wanted to exchange my shoes for the correct size. All three employees in the store shrugged their shoulders and said you’re outside or your window. I will NEVER step foot in this store not order from them!"
