"I was under the impression that lots of people need/want jobs. I'd love to know why they don't have enough sales people..especially at Christmas time! I had to stand in a very long line just to ask a question. ( I needed help at the fragrance counter). The lady at the customer service desk Said "sorry, there is no one" Had to interrupt a young lady at the jewelry counter . She came but had to leave her customers with no help. This is the 2nd time I've experienced this. Lovley store but they need more help. They are really missing out on sales because of that reason only."
"I had two experiences that I wanted to share one is that when I went shopping for a bra but I had the manager was helping me for a good few hours find the right size, have me try them on, and checked me out by ordering them online because the sales floor did not have my size. She was helpful , however, when I got the bras in the mail a few weeks later, they were the wrong size:(. This made it super inconvenient bc I had to return them and spend more time shopping. The second time I went I had an awesome associate help me pick a few out and found a great sale. I think it was 4 bras for under $60. She was nice and friendly! Yes be ready to have patience when you go because they have a very small skeleton crew!"
"Have not been here since I was a kid and before the mall closed. Went to look at what they had for back-to-school clothes for my boys and I was very disappointed in their selection or their lack of. They have an awesome selection for adults and girls but their boys section needs improvement drastically. They have a cute home decor section that I wouldn't mind buying for my house!"
