"TWO of the worst experiences! Would give negative stars if possible. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after my first visit (a month ago) and went back today. Little did I know, it would be worse than before. The owners clearly forgot that customers are the reason they are open, as they are disrespectful and flat out rude. Don’t waste your time or money!"

"Horrible customer service. My mom and I walked in and no one said a word. No "Hi, how you doing?" "How can I help you?"--nothing. They looked directly at us and totally ignored us. Needless to say, we turned around and walked out, not bothering to buy a few of the old windows they had lying around outside that my mom wanted. Will never return."

"Completely disrespectful. I am so saddened that this is the treatment from business owners and it’s sad to come to terms with this level of garbage behavior. I reached out to the owners on Facebook to ask them about an item they listed for sale on Facebook marketplace on a Saturday evening, when they were already closed. And let them know that I wanted to buy it, but that since they are closed on Sunday I could come in and get it on Monday. They agreed - I reached out again to confirm a time on Monday to make sure they were aware that I still was coming and verify that this time would work with them. Again, they agreed. I show up at the agreed upon time to pick up and pay for the item (having made arrangements to do this, and sold things in my home to create room) to be told that they sold it to someone else who came earlier. Lady doesn’t even bother to stop chewing her food while she dismisses my concerns on the fact that she agreed to wait until I came to get it, and if she was looking to have it picked up earlier she could have communicated that with me throughout the weekend (while we were in contact). I am so disheartened by this horrible treatment and I have been a long time customer of the store, and will never return, or recommend to anyone again. Absolutely out of line, rude, and disrespectful of other people’s time."
