One Roof Thrift Store is a charitable institution located at 251 Temple Avenue in Newnan, Georgia, United States. Our thrift store helps support our non-profit mission by providing affordable clothing, furniture, and household goods to the community. We serve over 6000 families per year, providing material and spiritual support to lift up those in need.
In addition to our regular services, we host free events for the community, such as lunches for children out of school, giveaways, games, and free ice cream. We partner with organizations like CORE, Salvation Army, and Drug Free Coweta to serve hundreds of families through drive-through distributions. We rely on the support of donors, volunteers, and partners like the Newnan Junior Service League to fulfill our vision of making a positive impact on the quality of life for Coweta residents.
Our services include financial assistance for rent, utilities, and emergency housing, as well as food distributions tailored to different household needs. We also offer free counseling services for adults and children in partnership with the Coweta County Commissioners and the school system. When families face crisis situations, we provide financial assistance on a case-by-case basis to help keep them stable and in their homes.
The Coweta Community Food Pantry, a part of One Roof, has been serving the hungry since 1985, providing essential food items twice a month to those in need. We also offer special food boxes for kids, seniors, and homeless individuals, along with personal care kits. Our thrift store not only supports our charitable work but also allows us to offer affordable goods to the community.
