"Poor quality stuff. Not the same old navy as it used to be few yrs ago"
"While checking out I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at home. Of course I have Apple Pay on my phone, but I also had an employee ID card that I wanted to use. (The whole reason I went to the store). I asked the girl three times if she could look up my employee number or if I could show other form of Id to prove that I was who I was. She continue to ignore me like I was crazy and kept saying I could type in my ss number to use my credit card. I’m annoyed by my experience. I felt like I was being push through a line. When I was just trying to ask for help with the situation, which I did not receive. The register was 301 and the time was around 1:35pm. I think the quality of service was bad and I am an old navy employee myself."
"Got a gift card for Christmas, lost the card and the manager helped me get it replaced the customer service. I spoke to customer service and got nothing but attitude and he kept telling me to go to the store I bought the card from. Well he was wrong, the manager ended up contacting someone in customer service that helped us out. Next time I will be more careful with my gift cards. Overall, excellent service and friendly staff."
"After entering and looking at the items at the entry no one was around to greet me. I didn’t see one employee on the sales floor to provide assistance of any kind. I noticed several areas that had sale prices. The problem with that was I didn’t find any of the $1.99 or $2.99 sale items advertised throughout. The store was clean and the clothing items were desirable. Price wise it seemed over priced. There were employees at the cashiers counters but that’s about it. Dressing rooms are available at this location and it’s in a nice area with other surrounding clothing stores and eateries. My favorite area was the sports team apparel.... really just the Georgia team items."
