"I got my other cat from somewhere downtown or midtown—I don't remember. That place was perfect; when I received my cat, he was properly washed and smelled like flowers. They provided me with the entire medical background, including properly clipped nails. However, when I got the other cat from this place, he smelled like he had been urinating on himself for a week. The cat smelled so bad that we ended up returning him, and, believe it or not, the whole house smelled like urine for a week. No judgment; maybe it's the cat, or perhaps they weren't taking care of him. However, I can tell my first cat was groomed and washed properly when I received him. You have to understand that when you bring a cat home for the first week, the animal may have trouble adjusting, so no matter what, you can't groom or clean him. Imagine having a smelly cat in the home for a whole week.aside that I still go to this place and support the movement of which is protecting animals."

"This place was wonderful and blessed us with the cutest fur baby ever, Murder Mittens, AKA Supra, though renamed to Ventress (Vente for short) to match her evil personality! Just kidding, she's a total sweetheart and we are so happy to have her. Murder Mittens is doing excellent, showing folks who's boss and cuddling when she thinks you don't notice... The adoption process here was very streamlined, they allow you to "bond" with the cats, and gift you with numerous supplies to make the process as seamless as possible- we even got a free checkup with a vet for the kitten, a $75 value! Ms Murder Mittens is just as happy as we are, though her big brother is left wondering why we chose such a crazy little fuzz ball... And yes, she still loves her snake toy!"

"Thank you to the amazing team and especially Shannon Edinger for reaching out to my email. They took in 4 kittens that were in need of help. Finding a shelter was challenging but this place is the place to go to! I can’t thank y’all enough!"

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting the LifeLine and I must say it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we stepped through the doors. From the caring staff to the well-maintained facility, every aspect of the center surpassed my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this adoption center to anyone looking to add a furry friend to their family."
