"A 90+ ft tree fell over my house. I made a call to my insurance company and service master reached out the same day. I’m very greatful for an amazing team of professionals to get me one step closer to get my house back. I had many questions and concerns. They have excellent communication skills. When I talked to any of them, I felt I was talking to a friend. I felt confidence on their work. Thank you service Master, my family and I will forever be very thankful."

"They told me they would send ALL needed information of the damaged personnel property to my insurance company so I could get reimbursed but they didn't, they just hauled off a truckload of my damaged property and took it to the dump without taking pictures or any proof for my claim. They basically stole my property by telling me lies that they would send the insurance company what they needed to process my claim! Also it takes multiple calls to get someone from the office to return a call, they only have 1 person that could handle my problem and she was always sick or out of the office!! When she did come in, she NEVER returned my call, I had to keep calling until I caught her in!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When I asked to speak to the owner, they would never let me."

"My family has been EXTREMELY disappointed with Service Master. We called them after my grandfather's home sustained smoke damage; THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A 90 Y/O MAN WHO IS LEGALLY BLIND. When they were "finished" his home still had visible smoke damage and there was even still ashes on the floor. Spot testing various furniture revealed that it would still turn a tissue black. We called for them to come back out. They said that Charles, who is supposed to be their best, had cleaned it but agreed to send him back out. He came and cleaned for two hours and left. Our family has had to get another business to come in and clean up their mess and finish painting (service master couldn't even get it painted). Additionally, after receiving the first bill, we received a call about a second bill for services that shouldn't have been billed; they were willing to try to fleece an elderly man out of more money when they failed to do the job correctly in the first place. This claim has been open for three months and the work is still not completed. Both their work and behavior is inexcusable and I strongly recommend using another company."
