"Veterinary Dental Center of Atlanta is truly an amazing facility! My cat broke his jaw less than a year ago, resulting in him requiring several teeth to be extracted. I was so anxious about the extractions because my primary vet said that jaw fractures have been known to happen during canine tooth extractions. Dr. Jodi Reed set my mind at ease by explaining everything and communicating throughout the process of getting x-rays and doing the procedure. They were able to take the x-rays and do the procedure on the same day, which meant my cat only had to undergo a single anesthetic. They also used nerve blocks, providing my cat with great, multi-day pain control, which sped recovery and helped him to be comfortable. They also provided before and after pictures and x-rays, showing the interventions they performed. I would recommend Veterinary Dental Center of Atlanta to anyone for any and all dental care for their pets!"

"The Veterinary Dental Center of Atlanta office is clean, spacious, and provides a calming environment for patients and their parents. Dr. Wood provided top-notch care to my young dog who was in need of specialized care. Their office provides general reading materials around canine and feline dental care, and Dr. Wood was kind enough to walk me through questions I had in regard to that material as well as particulars about my dog's circumstance and how to best care for her during our visit and moving forward. The visit plan was outlined at the time I made our appointment and was reviewed and revisited as needed while my dog was undergoing x-rays, teeth cleaning, and eventual extractions. Communication was timely and always informative. I felt comfortable asking questions, and like they were all answered with professionalism and empathy. Aftercare instructions were also clear and well-communicated. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel as comfortable as possible during my dog's appointment. I had the option to work remotely from a private waiting room in their office, which was a nice surprise. This may vary based on their schedule load, but I feel like it is worth mentioning since it meant a lot to me to be able to be nearby during treatment. We will be visiting again in about a week and a half for a post-op checkup to ensure that my girl's mouth is healing appropriately, and will be checking back in in about six months to ensure that her mouth is healthy and she is pain-free moving forward.
