"We recently got our kitten and noticed she had issues going on with her eyes. My boyfriend and I assumed it was an eye infection but decided to go to the vet just in case it was something more. He went to drop her off at 8am and we didn’t get her back until around 3:30pm. When he dropped her off they told him it’ll take around 2-3 hours but we didn’t get her back until 7 hours later. We called around 1pm to make sure everything was okay and they told us they were in a meeting. That is all good but please let people know if there are going to be delays. We tried to call back an hour later and no one answered and that’s when we decided to go pick her up regardless if she was ready or not. We came to pick her up and the staff was friendly. However when they brought her out her eye was glued shut. No one decided to help clean her infected eye off. I don’t know if that’s standard to not interfere and let the owners deal with that but either way we have no idea how long her eye was left in that condition. We, of course, will not be returning."

"Took my dog here for the first time yesterday after moving to Atlanta. We had a great experience. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and caring. I had a lot of questions that they answered patiently and knowledgeably. My dog is always a squirmy nervous wreck at the vet, but she seemed relatively calm when I picked her up which is always a great sign. I think I found my new Banfield location! Thank you!"

"These folks are immaculate. They are insanely busy so wait time can be high but we really just don’t trust anyone else. The staff at the front desk are incredibly kind and courteous and are willing to answer any and all pet related questions. We have three lovely cats with what I can only describe as the worlds most innate desire to terrify their parents. Each and every time we’ve come to them they have handled our animals with kindness and compassion. We love them."

"Khalilah called after a bad vet experience I had & made me feel much more comfortable to come back. The Dr thought my dog had a life threatening illness which she educated me on, with multiple 1 hour calls and even went above and beyond to ensure I was at ease by providing a cell number. Out of impulse, I ended up getting her surgery elsewhere which turned out not to be life threatening, but she STILL helped genuinely off the clock, which was very much appreciated. If anyone deserves their flowers and blessings for being committed, it’s her & Dr. Park."

"Waited an hour just to tell me to drop my dog off for two hours for a simple physical check up when I came in on time for an appointment. My dog is not fully vaccinated and cannot drop him off with a bunch of other dogs. Mentioned multiple vaccines he’s already had when my original plan was just a check up."
