"Excellent customer care!! I came in for an eye infection for my cat. Oscar was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns. The prices are a little expensive as to be expected since this is an emergency hospital but they worked with my budget which I really appreciated. Service was speedy I was in and out within less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much I definitely recommend and will be back in needed."

"Incredibly high prices. I expected to pay a premium as it’s an urgent care with weekend availability. I did not expect to feel like I was being price gouged. My dog had a urinalysis and office visit which I’ve paid between $75 and $150 for in the past 9 years traveling with my service dog. My current vet in Inman Park is in that range as well. This business charged close to $300 and the same inflation in cost applied to the prescriptions. Add in the fact they didn’t bring my dog back to me until after I paid for the prescription, tests and exam which made me incredibly uncomfortable as a first time client. The vet tech was understanding to my shock at the cost and said she would communicate that to the vet. Eventually the vet himself tried to make amends, after I left the building visibly upset. I appreciate the effort but it’s too little too late and I will not be returning to this business."

"The veterinary clinic impresses with its care and professionalism. The doctor suggested a safe option for the issue with the swallowed toy, avoiding surgical intervention. "I can’t thank Pet Urgent Care of Buckhead enough! They saved my baby! The staff was friendly, kind, honest and quick to take action. My 12 pound shih tzu ate MANY onions from my garbage while I was at work. The staff kept me informed and was very very honest with me about the situation even when it wasn't easy to hear. They sent me photos of him via text during his stay and were so helpful with any questions I had. Truly it was such a blessing that I chose them to take care of my baby."

"Our dog got into some cockroach poison. We called here and immediately had an answer from Craig who was helpful and informational. He provided some recommendations to come in based on our dogs situation. When we arrived we had our pup taken back quickly and had the doctor come let us know she would be alright and ask for permission to administer some medicine to help her throw up. Once all was said and done, they were receptive to our questions about her condition and provided materials for post vet care to help make her most comfortable. Also, these urgent care pets are pricey due to their availability but they were extremely transparent and kind, laying out different treatment plans and costs so we were not blindsided at the end.
