If my Milo needs a nail trim, stitches, or meds for an ear infection, they’re always responsive in getting us in right away."

"Happy Tails has been nothing but a nightmare for my family and I. The Veterinarian and staff are incompetent and lack basic decency.  They diagnosed my beloved, Zeus, with arthritis and prescribed ibuprofen. My family urged the vet to treat him for a snake bite because they thought he was bit by a snake while on his afternoon walk. However, the vet stated they did not see puncture wounds and it’s just arthritis. They did not even offer any blood test or treatment to rule out our urgings. They were contacted again the very next day when he was having trouble moving his leg. They still did not consider an alternative treatment and kept telling us it’s his arthritis and not a snake bite and we need to allow the medicine time to work. Only to find out when he succumbed to the venom and taken to the emergency room that it was indeed a snake bite on his leg, just as we suspected! The staff showed no concern for Zeus and lack of empathy for my family. Be very mindful of taking your beloved family member to this place!"

"Brought both of my dogs to get their vaccine shots here at this vet. I was charged over $1000 for shots and boarding. Although this was very overpriced, I Had no problem paying. I also started scheduling grooming here. The groomer Jason is amazing! Nobody has ever groomed my dogs as well as he did. However, the 2 girls in the front are shady & rude specifically the Indian and Caucasian girl she’s friends with. My dogs stayed overnight for a weekend and I paid for an exit bath so that they could be clean when they came home. However, when I arrived to pick them up, they were still dirty!! My husky even had brown stuff all over him! It looked like they had him sitting in his own poop. SMH. Terrible experience. Apparently the 2 shady girls expected me not to speak my concerns when it came to my dogs. As I continued to come, they were shady & rude each time I came. I spend a lot of money here at this vet. If something is wrong with my dogs and I have a concern, I am going to voice it!! Every single time. So if you care for your pet and you project your concerns, don’t come here. I will no longer be returning to this vet."

"I have been taking my dogs to Happy Tails Animal Hospital since I moved to Georgia in 2021 and I love it. As a first time dog owner, the vet team there has been amazing. From wellness check ups to emergency visits, they are always available and willing to offer the best and most affordable options. All 4 of my dogs go there, and they enjoy the experience. Everyone is personable and very welcoming."
